Not satisfied with your purchase?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please remember to include the tracking number. Once we have received the items, we will refund the purchase price. All returns must be reported through our customer service.

I have received a defective item:
If you receive a defective item, please contact our support team immediately with the following information:

Order number
Which item is damaged
Description of the damage
Photographic evidence

If your package is damaged during delivery, please take a photo and send it to our customer service team. All claims for damaged packages must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Without documentation from our support team, we cannot offer a refund, credit, or replacement.

I received the wrong item:
If you have received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following information:

Order number
Name of the item you did not receive
Name of the item you received
Image of the item you received

Exchange of goods:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges of goods. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend that you return the item to us and then re-order the desired item.

Return of defective products:
If the product is defective, damaged in transit or otherwise incorrect, you will not be charged for return shipping.

Return of goods due to incorrect purchase:
If you have purchased the wrong product, it does not fit or is no longer needed, you will be responsible for the actual cost of return shipping and for the return receipt.
